The Atlanta Braves and Cincinnati Reds will meet in Game 1 of the NL Wild Card series this afternoon at Truist Park. Left-hander Max Fried will be on the mound for the Braves while the Reds will counter with NL Cy Young favorite Trevor Bauer.
No surprises for Brian Snitker’s lineup for Game 1. As expected Ronald Acuña Jr. will be lead off and play center field. Travis d’Arnaud will hit clean up and be behind the plate while Austin Riley returns to the lineup and will be playing third and hitting ninth.
