Camps opened around the league and Major League Baseball announced that 38 people had tested positive among 3,185 tests. Thirty-one of those 38 were players with the other seven staff members. The league reported that 19 teams had at least one person test positive but did not disclose who those teams were.
The Athletic’s David O’Brien reported Friday night that the Braves were among those 19 teams and had at least one player test positive for COVID-19.
