The WORLD CHAMPION Atlanta Braves have until November 19th to add minor league players to their 40-man roster in order to protect those players from the Rule 5 Draft.
The following table reflects the Rule 5 eligibility for the Braves top prospects as presented by Fangraphs (dot) com. Only six players of the 28 listed prospects are eligible, with an even split of position players and pitchers. The eligible players are identified with red conditional formatting:

As of November 12th, the team has 35 players on the 40-man. This figure includes 13 arbitration-eligible players, of which Mr. Mark Bowman identified the following as potential non-tender candidates: Arcia, Rodriguez, Heredia, Soroka, Camargo, Newcomb. Net of these six speculated non-tender's the team would have 11 open spots on the 40-man. However, that doesn't include any free agents or trade acquisitions this offseason.
