Dansby Swanson, drafted first overall by the Arizona Diamondbacks in 2015, is in the lineup on Monday night as the Braves visit Chase Field.
Arizona traded Swanson along with Ender Inciarte and Aaron Blair to the Braves for Shelby Miller. Two of the four players involved in that trade are currently in the big leagues. If you had taken a poll before the season started on which was most likely to be in the minor leagues at this point, Miller would have received far and away the least amount of votes.
Miller has scuffled mightily and received a demotion, while Swanson, the future shortstop in Atlanta, is up receiving low-stakes experience.
