Tonight’s lineups for the first game of this three-game series in Pittsburgh between the Pirates and Braves have been released. Let’s get right into the lineups, shall we?
As usual, we’re starting with the Braves:

They must think this Max Fried kid has a future as a hitter in this business, since he’s in the lineup and batting ninth for tonight’s game after his pinch-hit heroics in yesterday’s game. In all seriousness, other than this being Max Fried’s turn through the rotation, tonight’s lineup is the same as yesterday’s.
On the other side of the field, here’s how the Buccos are looking:

Ke’Bryan Hayes is getting the start at third base for the Pirates after starting yesterday’s game on the bench. Additionally, John Nogowski is making the start at first base for Pittsburgh after Phillip Evans was manning first on Sunday. Evans is moving over to right field. There’s been some shuffling for Pittsburgh between tonight and yesterday, but it’s still a similar lineup. Bryan Reynolds is going to be rolling into this game on a high since he got named to the NL’s All-Star roster for the first time in his career, and deservedly so!
