The Atlanta Braves won the 2021 World Series this week, and the Talking Chop Podcast celebrated that landmark event with a reaction podcast. Now that the dust has cleared a bit, the show returns for Episode 328 on a Saturday afternoon (!) and there is plenty to discuss.

TC’s Brad Rowland and Scott Coleman touch on the following:

  • More reflections from the World Series win, including some fun facts that emerged
  • The parade was a lot of fun on Friday
  • Highlights from the parade, from the super-fast buses to Joc Pederson’s heroics and pleas to re-sign Freddie Freeman
  • The offseason is here, whether we’re ready or not, and it’s time for a high-level overview of what’s to come
  • There might be a lockout in less than a month
  • Freddie Freeman doesn’t have a contract
  • The entire outfield, sans Ronald Acuña Jr., is in total flux and Atlanta probably has to fill a DH spot as well
  • Who’s a free agent? What happens with the rotation?
  • Much, much more
