The Braves were unable to crack the Blue Jays and starter Hyun-Jin Ryu on Wednesday as the veteran left-hander diced his way through the Atlanta lineup. Atlanta was without Ozzie Albies and Freddie Freeman was not in the starting lineup, but the right-handed heavy lineup still could have fared much better. On a more positive note, Braves starter Sean Newcomb was much more effective in his third start of the season than either of his first two. Hopefully the young left-hander can build on this start going forward.
