Road to Atlanta is our weekly podcast where we discuss all things minor leagues and prospects for our beloved Atlanta Braves. In this week’s episode of Road to Atlanta, we first look at the Futures Game selections for the Braves. The virtues of Ian Anderson and Cristian Pache are talked about quite a bit as well as cases made for Drew Waters and Kyle Muller because, well, we are greedy and would have loved to see some more Braves. Then, we talk about the status of some injured prospects including Freddy Tarnok, Tristan Beck, Corbin Clouse, CJ Alexander, and Victor Vodnik while mourning the retirement of all-around good dude Derian Cruz. After all of that, each of us talk about a couple of guys that are trending up on our personal rankings as well as some that are trending downward as a little bit of a teaser for our Top 30 Braves Prospects List that will be rolling out on Talking Chop during the All-Star break.
