The last time the Braves lost a series was the first week of June, when the Pittsburgh Pirates were able to scratch two wins out of three. Since then, the Braves have gone 9-0-1 in series, with the lone tie coming against the Chicago Cubs. The Braves have fared well against the NL Central otherwise, posting a 17-9 record, and they will look to improve that mark against another Central team - the struggling Milwaukee Brewers.

The Brewers started the season strong enough but have faded recently. At 48-46, they are in danger of falling under .500 if the Braves continue their recent hot streak. For a team that was within one game of the 2018 World Series, that seems almost unfathomable.

Atlanta will turn to Max Fried to extend their winning streak to five games. Milwaukee sends Adrian Houser to the mound, and they will pray he can right the ship. Over his last three starts, he is 0-2 with a 9.00 ERA | 6.66 FIP, walking nearly six batters per nine innings, and allowing home runs on 27.3% of his fly balls. If the Braves can be patient, Houser might do all the hard work for them.
