Anyone else headed for the SF games?
So, just about the only chance I'll get to see the Braves live this year is the road trip to San Francisco, and I was wondering if anyone else was planning to do so as well and would be interested in a meetup.
The series is 1:35 on Friday 9 Mar, 7:05 on Saturday 10 Mar, and 1:05 on Sunday 11 Mar (all Pacific); as I'm a student at UO right now, I'd probably be making Saturday and Sunday, but might or might not be able to do Friday. There also could be a second student coming, who's from the area and a Giants fan, but he's not yet sure if he can do that weekend or not.

I will be there!!!
People will come Ray. The one constant through all the years, Ray, has been baseball. America has rolled by like an army of steamrollers. It has been erased like a blackboard, rebuilt and erased again. But baseball has marked the time. This field, this game: it's a part of our past, Ray. It reminds of us of all that once was good and it could be again.
Oops, at Saturday’s game for sure!

You have any interest in doing some sort of a meetup? My friend said he couldn’t go, mumbling something about “thesis defense,” and I’d rather not be there just me.
Tracy Porter's gonna score! TRACY PORTER'S GONNA SCORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (HT Takimoto)
Yeah man, that could be cool. I am gonna be there with a crap load of folks (mostly Giants fans so prepare to get heckled). You can chill with us, or at least I will buy you a beer!
