One year, one million deal. Pretty damn reasonable for the Braves for a versatile hitter like HInske.

And hey, he’s been to the WS the last 3 years. Why not ride the team to another one.

Excellent value. He does everything Greg Norton was supposed to do, but better. And I think the Braves paid about $800k for GN last year.

according to mlbtraderumors.com we just designated Brandon Jones for assignment to make room for Hinske.

It's hard to complain about this deal........
I’m hoping at the end of the season, he has played so well, I can say this was “highway robbery”. :)
