Atlanta will roll out the regulars in the infield, along with the now-typical fill-in-the-bench-outfielder alignment next to Acuna, with Heredia and Adrianza getting the nod today. Kevan Smith will also give William Contreras a break behind the plate on Saturday, as he will catch for Charlie Morton.
Lineups like these are fairly jarring to see, given what the roster looked like heading into the season, but that’s how this season has gone and appears to be continuing to go, after yet another frustrating loss on Friday night with a fifth inning implosion headlined by two Dodgers batted balls that travelled a combined 11 feet to spark an eight run inning.

Meanwhile, the Dodgers line up with a bunch of lefties, but absent Max Muncy after he was injured last night and Corey Seager. While this isn’t the juggernaut lineup that LA is capable of putting out there, this remains quite a formidable test for Morton and the Braves.
