Brian Snitker revealed Wednesday that the Braves will push back Ian Anderson’s scheduled start to Friday’s series opener against the Los Angeles Dodgers. That would seem to line the Braves up to have Anderson Friday, Charlie Morton Saturday and Max Fried on Sunday.
As for tomorrow’s series finale against the Washington Nationals, Bryse Wilson or Tucker Davidson would appear to be the most likely candidates. Wilson is already lined up to start for Gwinnett Thursday and Davidson hasn’t pitched in a game since May 23.
Additionally, Snitker said that Shane Greene could be activated in the next few days. Greene has allowed two hits and has struck out five in 3 1/3 innings at Gwinnett.
