The rookie catcher for the Braves is back in the lineup and hopefully he’ll have a big night against New York.

The lineups for tonight’s game between the Braves and the Mets have been released. Let’s not waste too much time here and go right ahead and get into how each team is going to be looking for tonight’s contest.

Here’s how the Braves are lining up:

The Braves are returning home from a week on the road and William Contreras is returning to the lineup after sitting for the series finale against Cincinnati on Sunday. It’s been a rough month at the plate for Contreras, as he’s only been hitting .206/.254/.333 with two home runs 60 wRC+ since June 1. Here’s hoping that the rookie catcher can give the Braves something from the eighth spot in the lineup tonight!

Meanwhile, here’s how the Mets are looking:

Michael Conforto and James McCann were both out of action for their quick trip to D.C. yesterday, but they’re both back in the lineup tonight. It’s a lineup full of familiar faces that we’ve seen since last week.
