Ronald Acuña Jr. left Sunday’s game in the fifth inning due to right pectoral tightness. It was unclear where Acuña might have aggravated the injury but the team said that the move was precautionary so hopefully it isn’t serious.

The broadcast showed Acuña heading down the tunnel shortly after Ehire Adrianza was thrown out at the plate while trying to score on a fly ball by Drew Smyly. Acuña led off the game with a single and came around to score Atlanta’s first run of the afternoon. He struck out in his next two at-bats before exiting.
UPDATE - Here is some video footage of Acuña experiencing some discomfort on one of his swings and while on the bench.
