The lineups for the Jackie Robinson Day tilt between the Braves and Marlins have been released and we’re going to see a new face in Atlanta’s lineup today.
Here’s the card for the Braves:

Yep, that is Guillermo Heredia making the start in center field today. He was called up yesterday when Cristian Pache went on the IL and he’ll be making his first start since late September of last season. That was when the Mets were giving him some starts as their season was winding down, so it’s going to be a pretty big jump from helping a team play out the string to suddenly batting seventh for a team that figures to have high expectations down the road. Also, Alex Jackson is going to be taking on catching duties today. Other than that, the first six spots of the lineup are filled with regulars.
On the other side, here’s how the Marlins will look:

Adam Duvall will be starting the game from the bench after picking up the Golden Sombrero in last night’s game. This means that Garrett Cooper will be returning to the lineup, which isn’t really a soothing thought since he also had a game in this four-game series where he did a decent amount of damage against Atlanta. Also, Jazz Chisholm Jr. is moving over to shortstop and Jon Berti is taking on duties at second base, since Miguel Rojas is also catching a breather this afternoon. Finally, Chad Wallach is back at the catcher spot for the first time since Monday.
