There are logical words, plenty of them, to potentially use right now, but just do not know if any are truly worthy of describing the feeling the Atlanta Braves franchise and their fanbase are feeling right now!!!
The Atlanta Braves are World Series Champions.
So many obstacles to overcome, so many big moments with so many different Braves stepping up, and as a result, so, so many reasons to enjoy the hell out of every single bit of this moment!!!
Fortunately, the Braves did not have to overcome too many obstacles tonight in the clinching Game 6 victory (other than Max Fried’s ankle scare in the first!) Max Fried pitched the game of his life, Jorge Soler and Dansby Swanson once again delivered with the long ball, and of course, none other than Freddie Freeman put the icing on the cake with an RBI double and a home run of his own.
From Alex Anthopoulos to Panda Heads, swords, and pearl necklaces, so many factors were relevant for the Braves to achieve this goal. However, both Anthopoulos during the regular season and Brian Snitker in the playoffs truly went above and beyond in their roles when they needed to the most to get this done. Both are more than deserving for all the praise they should rightfully receive.
I hope everyone enjoys the heck out of this. This morning, later today, tomorrow, next week, next year. The Braves are once again Champions! And while that is something that will last forever, why not add a few more to the collection in the near future.

MLB NEWS
- On the other side of the coin, the Houston Astros certainly had an outstanding season on their end. However, much like the Dodgers, while the Astros certainly will be an American League favorite next year, there could be significant changes coming this offseason.
- One key development for both the Astros and Dodgers is the futures of their shortstops, Carlos Correa and Corey Seager. According to one source, Seager’s free agency could be quite interesting to watch.
- While Max Fried had all the support in the world tonight behind him in terms of the Braves and their fans, friends and former high school teammates Lucas Giolito and Jack Flaherty showed up to Game Six in support of Fried.
