So the big personnel news in baseball today: the Yankees traded Adam Ottavino and a prospect to the Red Sox in a salary dump move. Just goes to show you: even expensive reliever deals for guys with well-publicized, process-driven breakouts will bite you and make you lose prospects to try to claw back some space under the luxury tax threshold. Boo hoo.
