Baseball was obviously surrounded by chaos in 2020. The season was shortened, the playoffs were played in bubbles, and the fans were distanced from the sport in a way that was unprecedented. One change that likely passed under the radar for most casual fans was the delay of the International Signing Period, which typically opens on July 2nd. This year it was postponed, and will instead open this Friday for the 2020/2021 class.
