We all knew that there was going to be a big name returning to the Atlanta Braves lineup for their game against the Miami Marlins tonight — it was only a matter of where he would be hitting inthe lineup. Now we have our answer, as both teams have revealed their lineups for the final game of this three game series at Truist Park.
Here’s the lineup for the Braves:

There it is. Ozzie Albies has been slotted into the eighth spot of the lineup for tonight’s game. Additionally, Freddie Freeman has been bumped up to the second spot again, Marcell Ozuna’s batting third and Dansby Swanson has been bumped down to the fifth spot. With Ronald Acuña Jr. in his customary leadoff spot, I’d say that the top third of the lineup is about as optimal as you can get in terms of lineup construction with this team — Brian Snitker is putting what is arguably the best trio of hitters on one team in 2020 into the same block of the lineup. Hopefully this is standard operation for the lineup going forward.
Here’s Miami’s lineup:

The Marlins have adjusted their lineup for the lefty that they’ll be facing tonight, so there are a few changes in there.
