The Athletic’s Joe Posnanski has been putting together the Baseball 100, which is a list of the Top 100 players in baseball history. Atlanta Braves Hall of Famer Chipper Jones checked in at No. 54 on the list Sunday. The article is a great look back at Jones’ wonderful career.

The Colorado Rockies and shortstop Trevor Story finalized a two-year, $27.5 million deal on Friday avoiding arbitration. He will become a free agent at the end of the 2021 season.

The Philadelphia Phillies have an agreement with veteran infielder Logan Forsythe on a minor league contract that includes an invite to big league Spring Training. Forsythe joins veterans Phil Gosselin, Josh Harrison, Ronald Torreyes and Neil Walker who will all be in camp as non-roster invitees.
