Fangraphs have released their Top 100 list. Actually, there are 120. Most minor league prospect evaluators, including us, group prospects in tiers. Those are grouped together by future value (FV). So I wouldn’t get hung up on the number ranking, as future value is more useful.
It's here! Presenting our Top 100 prospects list for 2020, assembled by @longenhagen and featuring the best talent in the minor leagues. https://t.co/OPtonLafi5

The Braves’ members of the list are:
#20 Cristian Pache, 60 FV
#43 Drew Waters, 55 FV
#44 Ian Anderson, 55 FV
#95 Kyle Wright, 50 FV
#100 Bryse Wilson, 50 FV
#118 William Contreras, 50 FV
Cristian Pache is included in the 60 FV tier along with the White Sox’ Luis Robert and Michael Kopech. Evaluators have been excited about Pache’s projectable frame. From the social media posts over the last month, Pache’s upper body is projecting out of his shirt, making Ronald Acuña look like his little brother.
Fellow outfielder Drew Waters and starting pitcher Ian Anderson are in the 55 tier. Fifth starter rotation candidates for this spring, Kyle Wright and Bryse Wilson, are in the 50 tier. William Contreras makes the 50 tier as well. Fangraphs likes Contreras over Shea Langeliers. Braden Shewmake is not on the list as well, but no ranking is perfect. Apparently there is a Wander Franco tier at 80 FV this year. Fangraphs having a live chat session at noon.
It is really exciting having at least three above-average starters ready to emerge in the next 2 to 14 months. Stay tuned, everybody.
