The Atlanta Braves will travel to Colorado on Monday for a makeup game that was postponed by snow back on April 10. Major League Baseball announced on Friday that the game will be exclusively broadcasted on YouTube. The game is slated to began at 3:10 p.m. ET and will be available on YouTube.com/MLB.
MLB Network play-by-play crew Scott Braun, Matt Diaz, Jeremy Affeldt and DAZN host Lauren Gardner will call the game.

Injured Braves right fielder Nick Markakis is ahead of schedule in his recovery from a fractured wrist according to manager Brian Snitker. The Braves are still hoping for a mid-September return for Markakis.
“It’ll still take more time,” Snitker said, not cuing a time estimate. “But it’s all pointing really good. It doesn’t surprise me that he’s healing ahead of schedule. But it’s going to be real stiff. It takes a while to loosen everything up before he starts swinging a bat.”

The Angels activated shortstop Andrelton Simmons from the injured list on Friday. Simmons had been sidelined with a significant ankle injury.
The Rangers designated reliever Shane Carle for assignment on Friday. Carle was acquired from the Braves in July but never made a major league appearance for the Rangers. After an excellent 2018 season, Carle has posted a 5.62 ERA in over 40 innings at Triple-A.
Baltimore Orioles GM Mike Elias began cleaning house on Friday as he let 11 members of the scouting department and front office go. Elias was hired this past November from the Houston Astros and was expected to eventually make a complete overhaul of the Orioles.
