The Atlanta Braves unleashed some July 4 fireworks homering five times in a 12-6 win over the Philadelphia Phillies. Dansby Swanson homered twice and drove in five runs for Atlanta. Mike Soroka allowed nine hits and four runs and didn’t escape the fifth inning but the Braves’ bullpen did the job holding the Phillies to just two runs over the final 4 1/3 innings to seal the win.
