Julio Teheran and the Atlanta Braves will look to complete a sweep of the Miami Marlins when the two teams wrap up a three-game series at Marlins Park Sunday afternoon. Atlanta has taken the first two games of the series winning 7-2 on Friday and 9-2 on Saturday.
Atlanta will be without both Ronald Acuña Jr. and Josh Donaldson for Sunday’s game as both are out of Brian Snitker’s lineup. Acuña left Saturday’s game in the seventh inning after experiencing some pain in his lower back. He told reporters after the game that he thought he would be fine but it appears the team is erring on the side of caution. Matt Joyce will hit seventh and play left field.
Donaldson missed three straight games with a sore calf last week but played in the first two games of this series. He will get the afternoon off with Johan Camargo taking his place at third and hitting sixth.
