The Atlanta Braves didn’t make a splashy addition at the trade deadline but did their best to shore up their roster upgrading their rotation, bullpen and bench with several additions. Updated betting odds courtesy of Bovada still have the Phillies as slight favorites to win the NL East but the Braves are right there.

Bovada lists Philadelphia with 13/10 odds to win the division while Atlanta is 3/2. The Nationals, who are five games back entering play on Thursday, odds slipped to 11/4 to take the division. Other division favorites include the Red Sox, Indians, Astros, Cubs and Dodgers.

The Dodgers are the favorite to win the NL Pennant and are followed by the Cubs, Brewers, Phillies and Braves. Both Philadelphia and Atlanta saw their pennant odds slip to 8/1 and 17/2 respectively. The Red Sox and the Astros are the favorites to capture the AL pennant with 12/5 odds and are followed by the Yankees.

Houston and Los Angeles are tied as favorites to win the World Series with 9/2 odds. The Red Sox come in at 5/1 with the Yankees right behind at 6/1. The Braves’ World Series odds stayed the same as in July at 15/1.

Bovada also released odds for individual awards. Nolan Arenado and Freddie Freeman are atop the list for National League MVP. Arenado checks in with 11/4 odds while Freeman is just behind at 13/4. Paul Goldschmidt is third with 7/2 odds.

Juan Soto enters as the favorite for NL Rookie of the Year with 7/5 odds while Ronald Acuña Jr. is just behind at 3/1.
