The pitcher is batting eighth again, which has worked out well for the Braves as of late.

The lineups for tonight’s divisional matchup between the Braves have been released. Let’s not waste any time here and get right into taking a look at how each team will look for the game this evening.

Here’s Atlanta’s lineup:

Aside from Tyler Flowers getting the start instead of Kurt Suzuki, this is basically the same lineup that the Braves have trotted out since going to the “Pitcher eighth-Ender Inciarte ninth” batting order this past weekend. The offense has continued to roll while in this current configuration and here’s hoping that the results stay the same against Jacob deGrom and the Mets.

Speaking of the Mets, here’s their lineup:

Yoenis Cespedes is still in the lineup as he proved last night without a shadow of a doubt that his thumb is just fine. Juan Lagares will be taking Michael Conforto’s spot in center field and he’ll be batting sixth. Wilmer Flores is in at first base and he’ll be hitting second. Jose Lobaton is playing catcher for New York this evening. Finally, Jay Bruce and Todd Frazier have switched spots in the lineup.

So while the Braves are sticking to what they had last night, the Mets are shaking things up with the lefty Sean Newcomb coming to the mound tonight. What do you all make of the lineups for tonight’s game?
