Matt Wisler stifles the Mets hot bats in 7 inning masterpiece
Nobody could’ve predicted Matt Wisler to be as sharp as he was last night and the Braves offense got behind him early and often as Atlanta cruised to a win against Matt Harvey and the Mets. Wisler had 8 strikeouts over 7 innings and was flat out dominant against a pretty difficult lineup to face.
According to Braves manager Brian Snitker the Braves could see the return of Tyler Flowers to the club as early as a week or two. The Braves stud catcher will begin a rehab assignment this weekend and will be a massive boost once he returns.
