Ronald Acuña, arguably the #1 prospect in baseball, was pulled from the game in the 5th inning after he was hit by a pitch from Trevor Williams of the Pittsburgh Pirates. The pitch appeared to have gotten Acuña somewhere in the lower back or hip area.
The move seems precautionary though as he appeared ok leaving the field.
Ronald Acuña was HBP in the 5th. Looked like on the left hip, maybe lower back. He's exiting early. Likely precautionary. Seems okay. #Braves

Cristian Pache came in to the game to pinch run for Acuña. Before exiting the game, Acuna was 1-2 with a single and a strikeout.
