Melvin Upton, Jr. (remembered as B.J. during his glorious run with the Atlanta Braves) did something awesome on Friday night. He stole home!

He was dead to rights, but give him credit for one heck of a slide.

One of our own, Carlos Collazo, is interning with the San Diego Padres this summer, and also saw his team blow a 10-run lead on Thursday night and lose to the Seattle MarinersHere's every crazy thing you'd ever need to know about that game.

Miami Marlins hitting coach and fake home run king Barry Bonds finally admitted that he was wrong for the way he used to act towards the media in his career with the San Francisco Giants.

"I mean, I was just flat-out dumb. What can I say? I'm not going to try to justify the way I acted toward people. I was stupid. It wasn't an image that I invented on purpose. It actually escalated into that, and then I maintained it. You know what I mean? It was never something that I really ever wanted. No one wants to be treated like that, because I was considered to be a terrible person. You'd have to be insane to want to be treated like that. That makes no sense.

You kind of get where he is coming from though. Not many people want to constantly be grilled about how blatantly they are cheating, when they actually are cheating.

After talking about it last week, Xander Boagaert's hitting streak came to a conclusion after a solid 26 games.

Dodgers rookie Corey Seager hit three homers against the Braves on Friday night, which is not good for Braves fans. But it gives you an excuse to listen to the great Vin Scully, which is never a bad thing.

I will leave you today with this incredible stat. Mike Hampton-style.
