With a series split on the line, Bud Norris will be on the mound for the Braves. Each good start from Norris means a potentially bigger return for him as the Atlanta front office is sure to be listening to offers for the right-hander as the deadline nears.
Hopefully he doesn't come back for revenge if he's traded like Kelly Johnson. Johnson, who is in his second straight season with the Mets after being traded from the Braves, hit the go-ahead home run on Saturday night in the 11th inning off of Dario Alvarez. Julio Teheran was once again spectacular, but the Braves' bats failed to generate a run in the 1-0 defeat.
Bartolo Colon will take the mound for the Mets, which is always fun unless you're the Braves. He's 9-2 against Atlanta in 12 career starts, and despite being 43 years old, he's in as good of form as ever.
