The Braves are heading into tonight's game against the Phillies in a bit of rarefied air: They're actually in position to win a series at home. They managed to beat the Phillies last night, and if they can repeat the task tonight then they'll finally have a home series victory under their belts. Maybe that'll lead to more coming in the future, and hopefully their home struggles will tone down considerably.
Aaron Blair will be making his fourth career start tonight, while the Phillies will be sending a 23-year-old of their own to the mound in the form of Vince Velasquez. He's been pitching very well, so the Braves will have a tough task on their hands against Velasquez tonight. We'll see how it goes.
