April 8th Game Thread: Braves vs. Cardinals

After just two games in four days, the Braves ramp things up beginning on Friday night.

The Atlanta Braves have had a weird schedule thus far, playing only two games in a four-day period without any weather issues. Beginning on Friday, though, a sense of normalcy arrives, and the Braves begin a three-game series against the St. Louis Cardinals.

As outlined in today's game preview, this is a battle of winless baseball teams, which should lend something of a sense of urgency to this particular contest. Either way, we'll be here throughout the night to guide you through the proceedings, and feel free to discuss (read: argue) the game in every way possible in our game thread.
