Julio Teheran takes the ball in the series opener against Boston and there is a wild lineup behind him. Join us!

Brad Mills-USA TODAY Sports

The Atlanta Braves have lost five straight to fall to 4-14 on the year, and nobody is having a ton of fun. However, the Boston Red Sox are in town to begin a four-game, two-city series this week, and that should bring some extra eyeballs to the table for Monday night's match-up between Julio Teheran and Rick Porcello.

Teheran hasn't been great this season (as evidenced by the numbers) but he flashed signs of his former self in his last start and, really, the Braves need him to remain competitive. That and more to come on this night, but for now, let's get to the lineups for the game, including the "bold" and "revolutionary" work of one Fredi Gonzalez:

Today's Lineups

BOSTON RED SOX ATLANTA BRAVES
Mookie Betts - RF Nick Markakis - RF
Dustin Pedroia - 2B Daniel Castro - SS
Xander Bogaerts - SS Adonis Garcia - 3B
Travis Shaw - 1B A.J. Pierzynski - C
Josh Rutledge - 3B Jeff Francoeur - LF
Brock Holt - LF Freddie Freeman - 1B
Jackie Bradley - CF Jace Peterson - 2B
Christian Vazquez - C Mallex Smith - CF
Rick Porcello - RHP Julio Teheran - RHP

Stay tuned throughout the game and fire away in the comments.
