As you may know, we recently launched a new weekly podcast here at Talking Chop to supplement the news that we are already providing. We have been very pleased with the support and feedback that we have received so far so please keep them coming. In addition to promoting our podcast, we wanted to shine the light on some other great podcasts that also cover the Braves in a new weekly segment here at Talking Chop. 92.9 The Game's Grant McAuley drops his first podcast of the season from spring training and is joined by's Mark Bowman. They discuss how the starting rotation might look, the revamped bullpen and Hector Olivera's revamped swing at the beginning of camp.

Wednesday, February 24

Fox Sports' Zach Dillard and Cory McCartney were busy this week dropping three episodes of Chopcast to get through all of the early Braves news at spring training. Up first, the guys talked about how Jeff Francoeur fits into Atlanta's crowded outfield picture, Freddie Freeman's recovery from last season's wrist injury and Andruw Jones being inducted into the Braves' Hall of Fame.

This week's second episode of Chopcast focuses on the arrival of Nick Markakis and how his healthy offseason might translate into more production. The guys also take a look at Ender Inciarte's role as the everyday center fielder and what that might mean long term for a guy like Mallex Smith.
