The Atlanta Braves have already acquired three starting pitchers this offseason and they may not be finished yet. ESPN.com’s Jerry Crasnick reports that the Braves are still interested in adding a top of the rotation arm and remain interested in Chicago’s Chris Sale and Tampa Bay’s Chris Archer.
The #Braves still have interest in Chris Sale and Chris Archer, even after adding Colon, Dickey and Garcia. They prefer Sale over Archer.

The price tag for Sale is reportedly very high and a bidding war may occur during the Winter Meetings. Crasnick also reports that the Braves are reluctant to include infield prospect Ozzie Albies in any deal.
#Braves are telling teams they're very reluctant to part with Ozzie Albies in any deal. But they're getting lots of hits on 19-year-old IF.

That may be a bit of posturing on part of Atlanta but the free agent additions of R.A. Dickey and Bartolo Colon combined with the trade of Jaime Garcia may allow them to take a more firm stance.
The Winter Meetings get underway on Sunday and it looks like the Braves could be one of the more active teams in attendance.
