Shortly after the lineup was released for tonight's game with the Cubs, news came out that reliever Jordan Walden would be headed to the 15-day DL with a hamstring strain. Walden's DL stint will be retroactive to May 5th. From Kevin McAlpin:

In 14 appearances so far this season, Walden had an ERA of 2.92 and a xFIP of 2.40. This is a bit of concerning news, especially considering that Walden had been dealing with hamstring issues back in the Spring.
His replacement, Ian Thomas, only made 1 appearance for the G-Braves (3 innings of scoreless relief work) before being called back up to the big squad. Thomas has an ERA of 4.26 and a xFIP of 3.55 in his 10 major league appearances.
