A significantly less hirsute Tim Hudson tries to rescue the Braves from their doldrums tonight. He'll be facing Ricky Nolasco, who is pitching with a torn meniscus in his right knee. They'll apparently be monitoring Nolasco closely for any signs of discomfort. I don't want to wish an injury on him, but since he already has the injury, is it okay for me to root for him to be pulled with "signs of discomfort"? As long as it's not too bad? Okay, probably not. I'll just root for him to suck.
Let's please win this one. I don't want the Braves to have to fend off a sweep with Lowe vs. Johnson. Here's the lineup:
1) Infante, 2B
2) Heyward, RF
3) Prado, 3B
4) McCann, C
5) Lee, 1B
6) Diaz, RF (yes, against a righty)
7) Gonzalez, SS
8) Cabrera, CF
9) Hudson, SP
Enjoy the game, folks, and go Braves!
