Open Thread and NAHWAL: Braves at Nationals (4/13)

I can't even believe I'm up at this hour!

Alls we need is for the Braves to score some runs for old Tom Glavine. Seriously, he's pitched two winnable games and has zero to show for it. It seems our bats are coming alive so the hope is that they will continue to produce runs in bunches for this the third game of the series.

The Nats are keen to avoid the sweep and avoid their tenth loss in a row! That's right, it was that opening day walk-off win against us plus tow in Philly and then nothing but losses. I say it's gonna be a tough one today -- the Nats really want a win and the Braves seem to let up when they know they've won the series.

I will try to get the NAHWAL results posted at some point, but urban free-range golfing plus brunch may take precedence over anything constructive.
