The Atlanta Braves announced today that they have agreed to terms with infielder Marcus Giles, left-handed pitcher Horacio Ramirez and right-handed pitcher Oscar Villarreal on one-year contracts for the 2006 season, thus avoiding salary arbitration with all three players. Not all that surprising really. This kind of stuff happens every year. But heck, it's an entry for this afternoon!
