Nationals Announce Newest Non-Roster Invitee

I realize it may be classless for me to pick on a perennial loser, but I say kick 'em while they're down. The photo below is a picture of the Nationals newest non-roster pitcher, Braydon Lee Detwiler (pictured on the left). As you can see he's displaying what the nationals hope is a wicked four-seamer. He last pitched for Las Vegas in the PCL.

Good post.

I found this post funny and adorable. Last year, he might really have had a chance, with the way our rotation was made. This year, not so much.

Also, the Pirates and Marlins are worse than us. Hopefully the Giants and Astros as well.

Your team just isn't that good yet, live with it. Attendance will fall once the new stadium appeal wears off, the Nats aren't even close to the Redskins in this town. You won't even outdraw the Orioles. Maybe we'll talk in a decade when Anacostia is less of a shithole.

Good for supporting your team, I live here but I've followed ATL forever. Maybe I'll start liking the Nats when they put together a team that:

A: is competitive
B: is the slightest bit likeable
C: has pitchers I enjoy watching

Lame

Not sure how the same guy posting a story a day shows more than 3 fans. My wife's grandparent's live near DC and there's more talk about the 'Skins during baseball season than there is about the Nats. Plus any team with someone with the "rap moniker" of "L Millz" really scares me. Uh not really.
