Game Time: 9:40pm on

It seems like we're either scoring 10 or more runs or 2 or fewer runs in games. Last night's game followed a very similar script as the night before, with our starter giving up the lead late and our offense unable to come back. Frustrating, to say the least.

Cox used a lineup of reserves last night with both Chipper and Renteria out of the lineup. Chipper apparently has a bit of a "tweaked" groin, but is expected to be back in the lineup tonight. Luckily the game tonight in Arizona starts a whole 35 minutes earlier! I'm hoping Jo-Jo improves yet again, as he has in each consecutive start. In his last start he was beginning to miss bats and get some strikeouts, I'm looking for that trend to continue.

Don't forget to get your picks in before the game for Nok-A-Homa-Win-A-Lotta (click here to learn how to play and to view the leaderboard); the three categories are (1) Attendance, (2) Pick to Click, and (3) Above and Beyond Pick.

...and...

The black shirts are coming!

Ya know...
With the young results of this game fresh in my head, I'm thinking more and more that we shouldn't get Tex for the bounty he commands and to get Lowry or Snell, if they can be had for Salty + a little bit.

by Something Profound on Jul 27, 2007 10:52 PM EDT reply actions   0 recs

Lowry is ours
if we give up Yunel, Thorman, Ascaino

NAHWAL Results for Game 104
The attendance for the game was 27,151. With a guess of 29,000, brndn and gondeee get points.

The picks to click were Franco and Escobar. No one picked them.

No AAB picks panned out.
