Miami, FL (Sports Network) - Hanley Ramirez was out of Florida's lineup on Thursday.
The All-Star shortstop homered twice in Wednesday's 14-2 drubbing of the Houston Astros before leaving after the fourth inning with a strained left shoulder.
Center fielder Cameron Maybin took Ramirez's place in the leadoff spot and Alfredo Amezaga shifted to shortstop for the Marlins.
Ramirez is batting .296 with 32 home runs and 66 RBI in 148 games this season.
