Juan Jaime could eventually get another chance to be a part of the Braves' bullpen. The right hander cleared waivers and was outrighted on Friday to Triple-A Gwinnett.

Jaime was a part of the opening day roster largely due to the fact that he was out of minor league options. He struggled with his command and was designated for assignment by the club on April 13 one day after he issued three walks and allowed the winning run in a 4-3 loss to the New York Mets.
Jaime has appeared in 18 career games in the majors compiling a 5.93 ERA in 13 2/3 innings. He has 19 career strikeouts to go along with 13 career walks. He made just two appearances and walked four batters in just 1 1/3 innings this season.
