The former eight-time All Star third baseman for the Atlanta Braves is trying to make a difference in his early retirement from the game. Today on Twitter Chipper Jones announced that he will match all donations given to the Jet Sports Management Team in their fundraising to help find a cure to defeat pediatric cancer.
I will personally match every donation for the next 10 days! http://t.co/WvpKMRsyhX. And you can win free signed swag #snap @PediatricCancer

So far Jones along with 16 other members on the team have raised $42,122 dollars and their goal is to reach $50,000 within the next 11 days. He and the other members of this group have all shaved their heads to support the cause.
Every little donation helps a great cause and could save the lives of boys and girls that are battling the disease.
Here's the haircut that Chipper showed off a little under a month ago.
