Ramiro Pena was a nice surprise last year before the injury. And while spring training stats are nothing to bank on, it seems he hasn't missed a beat leading up to this season. He is hitting at a good clip and leads all of spring training with 9 doubles. He has been used mostly at SS this spring, but I am more interested in him playing 2B or 3B - I think we could use him more like a super sub than just to fill in for Simba. What do you guys think - is he a true alternative to a struggling Uggla or Johnson?
