Jason Heyward is The Man

Scott Cunningham

J-Hey took to Twitter and surprised one lucky fan at a recent home game.

It's no secret that the Talking Chop staff and a majority of the site's readers adore Jason Heyward. He's a damn fine baseball player and a guy who is widely respected by his teammates despite being just 23 years old.

So when word leaked out that he recently messaged a random follower on Twitter, it made news.

You can read the full story here. To recap it quickly, Jason messaged the guy before a home game and asked for his ticket information. He then gave him a signed jersey and bat, as well as a few other things seen below.

The Braves are lucky to have a guy like J-Hey as one of the faces of their organization, and we can only hope he stays in Atlanta for years to come.

And Jason, I'm @ScottColeman55 if you ever wanna leave me a package of goodies.
