The infamous video of Mississippi Braves manager Phillip Wellman tossing a base in 2007 is now going to be a part of a Volkswagen Superbowl commercial this year. The commercial seems to collect a bunch of unhappy YouTube video personalities, showing clips of their unhappy videos, then brings them all together in a field with a guy singing "Come On Get Happy." Here is the commercial:

The original video of Wellman losing it, in addition to him throwing the base, also has him sneaking up on the pitching mound commando style and tossing the rosin bag towards the home plate umpire like a grenade -- that's probably the best part. Wellman's final year managing the Mississippi Braves was in 2010. Last year he was the hitting coach for the double-A Springfield Cardinals, in Springfield, Missouri. The altercation occurred because the umpire threw pitcher Kevin Villa out of the game for using a foreign substance.

Wellman said VW contacted him about doing the ad and took him to a ranch outside Los Angeles for the spot, in which he dances with the group.

"I have zero rhythm," Wellman quipped. "It might have been a good idea to have had a few drinks."

He's right, he has zero rhythm.
