With a four-run lead in the third inning of Monday's game, Atlanta Braves catcher David Ross hit a ball up the middle that hooked the wrong way. It fooled the Rockies center fielder, it fooled the announcers, and it will fool you too. Batted balls like this hit by right-handed batters are not supposed to curve to the left, and they're especially not supposed to curve this much.
