Open thread to discuss this afternoon's game between the Mets and the Braves
After a masterful pitching performance from Mike Minor led Atlanta to a 2-0 win last night, the Braves look to take the series this afternoon. This will be Chipper's last regular season home game (I can't believe I'm typing those words...) so the Braves will look to finish with a bang. They'll send the right the man to the mound to try and get the job done too, as Kris Medlen will make his final regular season start before the Wild Card game. The Mets will counter with recent call up and former top prospect Jenrry Mejia. First pitch is at 1:35 p.m. EST
